The services offered by Attentive Mind and Rachel Fleissner MD are unique and exclusive. There are less than 7,000 Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in the USA, most are found in California, Massachusetts, and New York  with a large percentage of them not being Board Certified in their specialty.

Dr Fleissner is  Board Certified in  Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Neurology.

In addition Dr Fleissner has extensive training and Certification in Neurobiofeedback, Biofeedback and Hypnosis which allows her to bring services to you that are truly cutting edge and sophisticated.

Dr Fleissner believes in SKILLS NOT PILLS. whenever possible for all ages. She is highly trained in the use of psychiatric medications and indeed has headed up a psychopharmacology research clinic in her academic years, however she believes that each individual has the potential to maximize their brain and mind potential and in doing so the individual may release themselves from some or all of their need for medications.

Dr Fleissner acknowledges that through mind/brain training with modalities such as Neurobiofeedback, Biofeedback, Hypnosis each individual can capture their true brain potential whether they suffer ADHD, Anxiety, Depression etc or just want to maximize their own innate abilities in business, sports or in raising their family.
